Fiat Maplex Scorpion buggy

A particularly rare classic from 1970: this Fiat 600L Maplex Scorpion is a unique Dutch buggy with a striking purple color scheme, sporty open design and its own character. A special appearance that distinguishes itself from the usual classic cars. The Maplex Scorpion is a Dutch creation, built on the basis of the well-known Fiat 600. The original model was equipped with a completely different, lightweight body, while retaining the familiar Fiat technology. It is estimated that only 5 to 20 examples were built, making this model particularly rare. The car has a 4-cylinder petrol engine and a manual gearbox. Thanks to its compact dimensions and low weight of only 610 kilograms, this buggy has a playful and characterful character. The striking purple exterior is combined with a matching purple interior. The open two-person body and special design give this Scorpion an authentic look that fits perfectly with the creative car world of the seventies. A special opportunity for collectors and lovers of rare Dutch classics, buggies and unique vehicles with their own history.
