RedRhino 8000 Jaw Crusher The 8000 is a jaw crusher with an inlet opening of 800 mm x 500 mm, equipped with a hydraulically driven vibrating feeder. The material to be processed is transported into the crushing chamber in a fast, uniform linear motion. Grizzly bars are installed to separate fine material, ensuring that only the coarser material enters the crushing chamber. The Grizzly feeder also features hydraulically foldable sidewalls for easy transport. The feeder speed can be directly controlled via the operator's remote control. The feeder floor is fitted with wear plates to withstand abrasive materials and can be replaced during scheduled maintenance intervals. The wireless remote control system allows safe operation of the crusher from the cab of an excavator or wheel loader. The hydraulically adjustable crushing jaws can be set during operation (“on the fly”). This allows the operator to adjust the desired product size without interrupting the operation — less downtime, more productivity.
