Hoists are available, but buyers should be aware that all purchased goods must be dismantled and moved downstairs or upstairs by the buyers themselves. Gas, water and electrical connections will be professionally disconnected by the seller. The buyer is responsible for: * correct and careful dismantling; * all necessary tools and equipment; * internal transport on site; * sufficient personnel for lifting and moving the goods.
