40 m³ Liquid-Tight Container Dimensions: 7,000 × 2,300 × 2,400 mm The 40 m³ liquid-tight container has been designed for organisations that refuse to compromise on quality and safety. With generous internal dimensions of 7,000 × 2,300 × 2,400 mm, this container offers an exceptionally large loading capacity. Its durable steel construction ensures a long service life, even under heavy operating conditions. The container is equipped with both a hook-lift system with a 1,450 mm hook height and a 200 mm hook, and a twin-cable system. This makes the container suitable for use with a wide range of existing vehicle fleets. The 4 mm floor and the 3 mm side walls, front wall and tailgate provide a solid construction capable of withstanding intensive use. The container is constructed with fabricated T-section main beams with a tunnel height of 180 mm and KGWU 90 × 50 × 4 floor cross-members positioned at 500 mm centres. The round 114 × 7 mm top rail and two 300 mm-wide rear rollers further enhance the container’s strength, stability and durability. For additional ease of use, the front wall is fitted with an access ladder and platforms. These provide safe access and can also be used when installing an optional roll-up tarpaulin. A 6-inch square flange is positioned at the lower left-hand side, with a second 6-inch square flange fitted at the top. The liquid-tight tailgate is equipped with a ratchet tensioner and two toggle clamps, allowing the container to be closed securely and reliably when transporting liquids and wet materials. The container is fully prepared for the installation of a roll-up tarpaulin, making it suitable for transport in changing weather conditions. Each container is fully shot-blasted, primed on both the inside and outside, and finished with a single-component coating in RAL 7016 anthracite grey. This provides a professional appearance and durable protection.
