The heavy-duty main beams and I-profile crossmembers ensure high floor load capacity and long-term reliability. The fully hot-dip galvanized chassis offers maximum corrosion protection and ensures an extremely long service life. Key features: Strong construction: Welded heavy-duty main beams (1,200 mm spacing) and crossmembers every 400 mm. Gutter-style edge profiles with lashing holes (2.5 tons each) and 27 pairs of forged lashing rings (2 tons each). Axles and braking system: BPW air suspension axles with disc brakes, lift/lower valve, Michelin XTE tyres, TPMS via EBS, and WABCO Optiturn with EBS + RSS (Roll Stability Support). Lighting and safety: Full LED lighting (including width and fog lights), flashing side markers, strategically placed work lights, and rear reflective markings.
